Higher Vibrations Association is a lawfully formed, faith based Private Ministry Association, operating with the reliance upon our faith in Nature and Nature’s God, dedicated to providing professional services, products and advice concerning mental, physical, religious, spiritual, or emotional help to its members.
Higher Vibrations Association, we believe that the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes. IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the 1st and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions. This means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only.
We proclaim the freedom to choose for ourselves the types of worship, products, therapies and self-help modalities that we think best. We encourage our members to perform their own research by studying different resources to prevent illness, diseases of our minds and bodies, and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness. We proclaim and reserve the right to include spiritual, religious, health options that include, but are not limited to: cutting edge treatment modalities and therapies practiced or used by any types of healers or therapists or practitioners around the world over whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional or unconventional.
Specifically, the mission of Higher Vibrations Association is to empower families to discover the essence of their innate intelligence and trust the body’s ability to heal from the inside out with a vision of our community aligned in truth and filled with an abundance of love and light that transforms others to express their fullest potential and heal the way God intended. The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of age, race, creed, gender, sexual orientation or religion) who acts in accordance with these principles and policies as a member, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
As Private Membership Association, we are constitutionally created under: The First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and value the benefits of a private membership association such as:
1. Freedom of speech to share information and voice our opinions about anything that concerns us including alternatives to drugs, invasive surgery, vaccines, toxic chemicals, unlabeled GMO foods, pharmaceutical drugs in our water supply and anything else that may cause or exacerbate any physical, emotional, mental, medical or psychological concern, condition, disease, disorder or illness of any kind.
2. Freedom to confidentially assemble with other people of a like mind so we can learn about alternative, complementary, holistic, integrative and natural health, nutrition, therapies and wellness.
3. Freedom of choice for our own health, nutrition and wellness decisions including any diagnosis, treatment or intervention.
4. Freedom of Self-determination based on access to all available information to help us make our own decisions about our own health, life, nutrition, therapies and wellness and that of our family, pets and dependents.
5. Freedom of Privacy and all of the inalienable human rights guaranteed to us all by the US Constitution.
